Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size for their dog. Please review our sizing chart before purchasing. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our fast order processing times, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Upon review, we may provide a replacement or refund.
